I cant log into Box on my GoTab?
If you cant log into Box on your GoTab you can quickly and easily ‘reset’ the app.
Some users may see “Unable to Log in – if you continue to experience problems email firstname.lastname@example.org”. Fix this by following these steps:
First update the Box app to the latest version. It may already be the latest version if you tapped “Auto Update over WiFi”.
a) Open Play Store app.
b) Tap the magnifying glass icon at the top of the screen and type “Box”
c) Tap the “Box” icon
d) Tap the Update button towards the top of the screen.
The app will auto-update. If there is no “Update” button then you already have the latest version.
“Tap and hold” the Box icon as if you were about to place the icon on your home screen. Drag it over the i App Info icon at the top (or top left) of your screen.
In the information screen that opens tap “Clear Data”.
A popup will ask you to confirm the action. This will not remotely delete your files from the cloud storage, only delete your user account & settings from the Box app. Tap OK.
5) You now need to open the Box app and re-enter your username and password to gain access to your files. Everything should now work correctly.
